These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Opshuns websites, applications, APIs, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility​

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and must not be prohibited from using the Services under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including those related to digital assets, derivatives, and securities.

Geographic, sanctions, and Borrow-related restrictions—including U.S. actual-delivery requirements for financed, margined, or leveraged Digital Asset transactions and bans for Iran, North Korea, and certain Ukrainian regions—are described in our Compliance notice (English only).

2. Nature of the Services​

Opshuns provides software interfaces and protocols related to on-chain options and related trading workflows. Borrow is coming soon and is not currently offered. Opshuns does not custody your private keys, does not act as your broker, dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and does not guarantee liquidity, pricing, execution, or settlement outcomes.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing quotes, intents, signatures, gas settings, and contract addresses before submitting any transaction.

3. Accounts and authentication​

Some features require wallet-based authentication (for example, Sign-In with Ethereum). You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, devices, and credentials. Opshuns is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised wallets or devices.

4. Market makers and API users​

If you integrate as a taker, market maker, or filler (or, when live, a Borrow participant), you must:

  • Use only credentials and keys issued to or controlled by you
  • Not abuse rate limits, pubsub channels, or quoting systems
  • Not submit false, misleading, or manipulative quotes or signatures
  • Comply with any additional access, allowlist, or operational requirements we communicate

We may suspend or revoke API or maker access at any time for abuse, security risk, or legal compliance.

5. No advice; no warranties​

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opshuns disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Assumption of risk​

Digital assets and on-chain derivatives involve substantial risk of loss. Smart contracts may contain bugs. Networks may congest, fork, or fail. Third-party wallets, RPCs, and bridges may malfunction. You accept these risks and use the Services at your own risk.

7. Prohibited use​

You may not use the Services to violate law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with protocol or infrastructure security, launder funds, evade sanctions, circumvent geographic or product restrictions (including those in our Compliance notice), or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.

8. Intellectual property​

Opshuns and its licensors retain all rights in the Services, branding, and documentation. You may use the documentation to integrate with Opshuns. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute the Services in a manner that competes with or misrepresents Opshuns without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Opshuns and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, digital assets, or opportunity arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

10. Indemnity​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Opshuns and its contributors from claims arising out of your use of the Services, your on-chain activity, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes​

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
