Language: This page is available in English only.

This Privacy Policy describes how Opshuns (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our websites, applications, APIs, documentation, and related services (the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Wallet and account data — public wallet addresses, Sign-In with Ethereum messages and signatures, session identifiers, and related authentication metadata
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, device/browser type, pages or API routes accessed, timestamps, referrers, and diagnostic logs
  • Trading / integration metadata — RFQ identifiers, quote activity, chain IDs, and other protocol interaction records needed to operate the Services
  • Communications — messages you send us (for example support or legal requests)

We do not intentionally collect private keys. Do not share seed phrases or private keys with us.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Services
  • Authenticate users and manage sessions
  • Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
  • Communicate with you about the Services when you contact us

3. Blockchain data

On-chain transactions and contract interactions are public by design. Wallet addresses and transaction details you submit to a blockchain are not controlled by Opshuns and may be permanently visible to anyone.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if you disable them.

5. Sharing

We may share information with:

  • Service providers that host, monitor, or support the Services under confidentiality obligations
  • Professional advisers and authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
  • Successors in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Services, meet legal and security requirements, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. You are responsible for securing your own wallets and devices.

8. International transfers

We may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

9. Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We may need to verify your request and may retain certain data when legally required or for legitimate operational reasons (for example fraud prevention).

10. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
